Protein Pudding

Protein Pudding
  1. Mix one scoop of Anytime Protein into 2-3 ounces of skim milk.

  2. Stir until thick and creamy. Let set in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. Remove and top with sugar-free whip. Enjoy!

Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes
  1. Blend 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, half scoop of Anytime Protein and a 1/2 cup of eggs into a batter.

  2. Pour over hot griddle and flip each cake when the edges start browning.

  3. Serve with a tablespoon of syrup and top with almonds.

Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie

  1. Add 1-cup skim milk, ¾-cup strawberries and one large banana to an electric blender. Close and blend for 30 seconds.

  2. Add 1 scoop of Chocolate Anytime Protein and a few ice cubes.

  3. Blend for another 20 to 30 seconds.
